Out of Trouble director Penelope has a comment piece published in this week's Law Society Gazette, the premiere publication for solicitors and lawyers.

The piece, entitled We are failing the young, argues that children in trouble with the law should be represented by specially trained solicitors and barristers who understand the intricacies of youth legislation as well as the implications of representing vulnerable children, many of whom have mental health problems, learning disabilities or learning difficulties.
